In line with its objective of expanding in strategic locations throughout the UAE, Emirates Islamic Bank, announced the latest addition to its network; the new branch Muwaileh in Sharjah. This brings the total number of branches in Sharjah to 5 with a total of 31 in UAE, which reflect the bank’s commitment to its business plans for Sharjah. The new branch was officially inaugurated on Monday, June 7 and graced by Mr. Suleiman Al Mazrouie EIB board Director, in the presence of Mr. Faisal Aqil General Manager- Retail Banking, senior dignitaries and other officials.

Mr. Faisal Aqil, General Manager Retail Banking at Emirates Islamic Bank commented on the opening: “branch expansion have been always one of our priorities, as we believe that an effective network of branches leads to higher customer convenience. This is a reflection of our ambitious expansion plan and our customers throughout the UAE will continue to see us reaching out to them more and more in the coming days as well”. 

Muwaileh branch has been designed to provide a comfortable environment to cater to the wide range of banking needs of customers. The branch offers all retail banking products and services, houses a ladies’ section and 24-hour ATM withdrawal and deposit services.
